Back in around 1978, the Blues Brothers were hot. They consisted of Jim Belushi, Dan Akroyd and a host of wonderfull musicians including "Mr. Entertainment" Paul Shaffer.
The band started out as a bit on "Saturday Night Live" and they made a few movies including "The Blues Brothers". The movie was so popular it spawned a couple of lps including "Briefcase Full Of Blues."
It went double platnium in 1978 and it is one of the best blues lps ever. With tunes like "Soul Man", "Rubber Biscuit," and "Hey Bartender," I have found myself listening to this cd over and over again.
You can find this work on amazon.com for as little as $4.00. It is worth it.
